Minimum Statutory Registered Agent Service is $125 per year and is included in the following packages.
* Shipment of parcels and special handling are separate. Additional fees apply for international shipments or excess mail.
* For routine filings please allow two weeks for processing by the state. Filing times by the state may vary depending on volume of filings, holidays, technical issues or other issues.
* PLEASE NOTE: Effective October 1, 2017 the Initial List of Managers/State Business License form must be filed with the Articles. The additional fee is $350, plus an administrative fee if paying by credit card. (only charged for outside agency fees).
* 24- hour processing service available for an additional fee ($75 for Corporations or LLCs, $125 for other entities).
